Returns
Restocking Fee:
Due to the labor and costs invloved, Emerald Gold will charge a 15% restocking fee for undamaged and unused products. Damaged and used products will accrue an additional 10% restocking fee for a total of 25%.
Return Instructions:
If you need to return an item to Emerald Gold, Please email emeraldgoldextractors@gmail.com or call us with your return request within 30 days of the confirmed delivery.
Products must be returned in the original packaging, and the merchandise must be in the original clean and undamaged condition, a 15% restocking fee will apply. If the item is damaged (during return or use) or used a 25% restocking fee will be applied. We at Emerald Gold advise that customers insure any returns, and if damage or loss occurs during return shipping to file a claim with the shipper.
You can return your purchase under this policy for up to 30 days from delivery confirmation date. Shipping and insurance charges will not be refunded.
Within 3 days of receiveing the return, it will be inspected, and the purchase price less 15% (25% if damaged or used) will be applied to the original purchase method within 7 days. Your financial institution may take an additional 10 days to process the refund.

Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Emerald Gold advises that all returns with a value of $50 or more be insured in case of damage or loss during shipping. In the event that Emerald Gold provides a return shipping label, the cost of said label will be deducted from the total refund.
Refunds
Upon receipt of the returned item, Emerald Gold will email the customer informing them that the product was received. Within 3 days we will email the customer again with their refund status. Refunds will be processed, and the credit will be sent to the original payment method.
Refund Status:
If 10 days or more have passed and the refund has not been received, please check your account and then contact your financial institution and inquire about pending credits. If after these steps you have not received your refund or informed of its status, please contact us at emeraldgoldextractors@gmail.com
Return of sale items:
Items purchased during a sale or listed as on sale are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges:
In case of defective or damaged parts or items, Emerald Gold will exchange for the same item. Please email emeraldgoldextractors@gmail.com
